– Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

– All original creative works developed by IMGN Creative Digital Marketing remain the intellectual property of IMGN Creative Digital Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

– The Client retains ownership of their own pre-existing content.

6. Confidentiality

– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.

7. Termination

– Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice, subject to any project-specific termination clauses outlined in the project proposal.

8. Liability

– IMGN Creative Digital Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

– Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation, and if necessary, by legal action as per the laws of the jurisdiction governing this Agreement.

10. Amendments

– IMGN Creative Digital Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to the Client.

11. Governing Law

– This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates

12. Entire Agreement

– This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between IMGN Creative Digital Marketing and the Client, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
